Tools and resources I like to use.

Do it.

I used to underestimate the power of a to-do list. Why do I need one when it’s all tracked in my head? I’m extremely organised and on top of everything… (not)

Now a to-do list is how I approach my day to get things done. Give it a go and see if improves your productivity.

This list is segmented into quadrants, organising tasks in terms of urgency and impact to your priorities. List out both work and personal to-do’s.

Keep a score of it

In addition to journalling, I’ve started to try and keep track of my life and my most important goals through a simple scorecard.

This has helped me stay accountable and pinpoint which aspects I am doing well in and also which aspects I am dropping the ball in.

See if keeping score helps in your decision-making to ensure you keep yourself accountable to having a good day
