When the going gets tough

Do you get tougher?

  • These days, I’ve been working til midnight and on weekends and been finding it harder to sleep

  • All this to say, work is currently my top priority at the expense of all my other goals

  • Finding the balance has been hard, finding the energy has been hard

  • Is it better to try and balance it all and keep to the schedule, or is it better to be flexible and recognise that balance is fleeting and it’s OK to focus all-in on work right now, and lag in other areas?

  • There probably is no right answer and that it all ‘depends’

  • Been experimenting with the all-in approach the past few weeks and can see myself slowly tilting back the other way
